I stayed in a Classic Room for one night. The location couldn’t be better. it’s close to Bryant Park and Times Square. The room, though small, was very clean and well arranged. I appreciated the free coffee and pastries in the charming breakfast area. The soundproof windows did well to block street noise, but interior doors slammed shut quite loudly. The staff surprised us with a thoughtful birthday upgrade during our stay, making us feel special. However, the noise from the closing doors was a bit disruptive at times. The easy and discounted parking across the street was also a big plus. I had a lovely experience overall, despite the minor noise issue.
